We had been wanting to go to Universal for a few years now and without Kelly booking everything would have been very stressful. She made everything so much easier for my family of 6 . She is very professional and if she didnt know the answer to a question (which we had a ton of ) she got it and gave us more info then we could have asked for. I was very happy with how every part of our trip she was involved with went as smoothly as possible.

Best vacation of our lives
She was unbelievable planning out the absolute best vacation of our lives. Going over and above even giving us a backpack full of extras to make sure we would love our trip. She kept us updated and well informed of any changes weather it was the airlines or the itinerary making us as comfortable as possible right up the day of our departure. Upon our return she once again was on top of her game by checking in with us to make sure everything went smoothly and that we enjoyed ourselves. Never had that happen before, usually once on vacation we would never here from the travel agent again. This showed me that she really cares for the people she is working for.

We highly recommend anchors away travel!!! Kelly had such attention to detail and when she handed the trip over to us, her job did not end there. wisely naming our trip "Adventure Tour" we ran with the title and oh, what an adventure it was!!!
Throuought our 2 week trip Kelly contacted us if there were issues with flights, baggage
etcetera... the woes of travel. ??
Kelly did a wonderful job and we will be booking again with Anchors Away Travel- highly recommended!!!
